Privacy Policy

The short version

This site does not have accounts, does not run analytics, and does not collect or store your personal information on any server. There is no database behind it. Everything you see is a set of static pages served to your browser.

What we do not collect

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses
• No accounts, logins or passwords
• No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies
• No sale or sharing of personal data, because we hold none to sell

Your wallet address

The Holders Lounge asks you to connect a wallet. When you do, the site reads your public wallet address and your public $KITTY balance so it can tell whether to let you in. This is a read-only check. The site never requests permission to spend, transfer or approve your tokens, and it never sees your seed phrase or private keys.

Your address is used in your browser at that moment and is not transmitted to us or stored on any server we run. Disconnect your wallet or close the tab and it is gone.

Data stored in your own browser

Some features save small amounts of information locally on your device using browser storage. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

• Arcade high scores
• Your chosen language
• Progress in idle games such as Kitty Empire and Kitty Clicker
• Lounge features such as your holding streak and unlocked badges

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

Third party services

Some parts of the site load data from outside services. When your browser contacts them, they may receive your IP address and standard request information under their own privacy policies, not ours:

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site
• DexScreener provides live price, volume and liquidity figures
• Robinhood Chain RPC is queried to read public token balances
• Your wallet provider, for example MetaMask or Base App, if you choose to connect one

Links out to X, Telegram, Uniswap and block explorers take you to sites governed by their own policies. We have no control over what they collect.

The blockchain is public

Anything you do on chain, including buying, selling or holding $KITTY, is recorded permanently on a public ledger that anyone can read. That is how blockchains work and it is outside our control. We cannot delete, edit or hide on-chain activity.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Because we do not hold contact details, we cannot notify you directly, so please check back if it matters to you.
